· Discussion around your current health concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
· Brief assessment of current physical capacity – this will differ depending on concerns and goals and provides a baseline measure which is great to monitor progress
· Exercise intervention – specific and specialised exercises prescribed to help you with your goals
· A home-based, gym-based, or hydrotherapy-based exercise program
